INSIGHT Calibrated Business Solutions Ltd. (ICBSL) is a partnership owned business based in Dhaka, providing services across Bangladesh and internationally. The business is the result of an amalgamation between three experienced, successful business owners who strongly believe and recognize that country, community and culture are vital stakeholders needed to build our regional communities and celebrate success stories through connections beyond their own networks, such as larger corporations and Government agencies.With over 80 years of collective experience across a variety of industries and business structures from start−ups and SME’s to listed corporations − we have worked in remote regions globally and continue to do so.We have learned a lot from working with the most creative companies in the world, like the importance of balance between creativity and strategy.

Probir Kumar Barua

With over 35 years of experience in professional fields of administration and private businesses.
Probir Kumar Barua, graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1987 in the field of electrical and electronics.
With his Defence graduation and Master of Arts in Defence studies (management, war strategy and maritime security) in 2001. He had started a career in the Bangladesh Navy in early 1980’s and served in many naval and inter-service organizations while holding key positions in his naval career.
His has since started a business career in private organizations, actively involved in several growing sectors i.e. gas, satellite services, textile, commodity trading, general construction, power generation, vocational educational training and consulting.
